We try our best to ship all orders within 3-5 business days vis USPS or UPS. Rates are calculated by the courier.

Lost Packages: If a package has not been delivered after 30 days of shipment and does not have a delivery confirmation by the courier, we will re-ship a package at no additional cost to the customer.

Missing Packages: We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages that the courier has confirmed to have been delivered. Customers are responsible for filing a claim to the courier.

Damaged Packages: If your product is damaged in transit, we will exchange the damaged product for a new one at no additional cost to the customer (pending availability) or issue a return.


      The quoted delivery times do not take into account any delays caused by customs.

      Customers are responsible for any customs duties, tax, general sales tax, value added tax or import tariffs which may be assessed by the customs authorities of the importing country.
