Shipping Policy

We try our best to ship all orders within 3-5 business days vis USPS or UPS. Rates are calculated by the courier.

Once a packaged order has left our possession and is with the mail carrier, Kaleimamo Hawaiʻi is not responsible for loss, theft or damages. If you are concerned about a carrier properly delivering your order, please consider choosing a shipping option that includes insurance, such as USPS Priority Mail. Customers are responsible for filing a claim to the carrier for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or items.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The quoted delivery times do not take into account any delays caused by customs.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, tax, general sales tax, value added tax or import tariffs which may be assessed by the customs authorities of the importing country.
